What happened to my natural cycle?

Now is CD37..
Got mild fever last for two days on CD30..
Got serious cramp today from 6.30 a.m until 10.00 a.m
What does that mean
AF is coming.....
But very2 late..
No AF, No FET
No FET?
No chances of seeing my 3 embies..

And still no AF until now *sigh*
